We are based in Atlanta GA as primarily an e-commerce outfit with monthly trunk shows or pop-ups that will be published on our site and on social media. Our pop-ups are by appointment only. Schedule your appointment here. All our clothes are made with love in India by the finest artisans and craftsmen.
We take great care in our approach to consumption and strive to be mindful of our impact. To maintain this commitment, we offer limited quantities in each carefully curated collection of apparel, home goods, and accessories. This means that our products are highly sought after, and they often sell out quickly. So, if you spot something you love, it's best to act fast and make your purchase to secure your favorite items before they're gone.
If you come across a product that you absolutely love but find it is currently out of stock, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@zahamila.com. We understand the importance of acquiring special pieces that resonate with you. In such cases, we are often able to facilitate special orders from our designers, provided you are willing to wait for the production and delivery process.
To ensure a smooth shipping process, it's crucial to provide an accurate shipping address. In the event of an incorrect address or any other errors, resulting in the return of the order to our facility, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Once a package has been shipped and is in transit, we are not liable for any losses or theft that may occur. In such unfortunate situations, we recommend that the customer file a claim with the respective postal service provider to address the issue and seek resolutions for their goods.
At ZAHA MILA, we understand the unique nature and extensive journey our hand-picked, one-of-a-kind pieces undertake. Due to these circumstances, we are currently unable to accept returns. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges on most items in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. It's important to note that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear. Please be aware that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
To initiate an exchange, kindly send an email to hello@zahamila.com, and our team will reach out to you to initiate the return process. Once we receive and review your items, confirming they are in their original condition, we will proceed with either sending out your new item or issuing a store credit equivalent to your original purchase amount (excluding shipping fees). This store credit can be utilized towards a future purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to provide monetary refunds at this time.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date you place your order.
We do not ship orders on Sundays or Federal US Holidays. Your order will be carefully shipped using reliable services such as USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS. Rest assured; a tracking number will be provided to ensure you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you can typically expect it to arrive within 5-7 business days. However, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause slight delays.
Not quite yet on online orders but we hope to be able to offer customization in the future. However, we are able to offer alterations to existing sizes when the purchase is made at an in-person appointment.
Ready-to-ship orders are shipped from Atlanta. Shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout.

We recommend ordering a larger size to allow for alterations from your local aunty, mom, or tailor. We also leave a
margin to allow for alterations.
We allow 24 hours from order time to cancel your order. After that, we are not able to cancel the order. To do so,
please email hello@zahamila.com.

While we try our best to display the color as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries due to the handmade nature of the garments.
