Shipping Costs:

Ready-to-ship orders are shipped from Atlanta.  

Shipping costs $10 for orders under $150.  Shipping costs $15 for order over $150. 

We do not currently ship internationally.

 

Local Pick-Up:

We offer a Free Local Pick-Up option in Atlanta near Ponce City Market.  Customers can select this "shipping method" at check-out.  Once you order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification with pick-up instructions.

 

Order Processing Time:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date you place your order.

We do not ship orders on Sundays or Federal US Holidays. Your order will be carefully shipped using reliable services such as USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS. Rest assured; a tracking number will be provided to ensure you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you can typically expect it to arrive within 5-7 business days. However, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause slight delays.

 

Lost or Stolen Package:

To ensure a smooth shipping process, it's crucial to provide an accurate shipping address. In the event of an incorrect address or any other errors, resulting in the return of the order to our facility, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Once a package has been shipped and is in transit, we are not liable for any losses or theft that may occur. In such unfortunate situations, we recommend that the customer file a claim with the respective postal service provider to address the issue and seek resolutions for their goods.
